About
Welcome to Kikoo Sushi, a delightful gem nestled in the heart of New York City at 998 Columbus Ave. Here, the culinary experience is all about indulging in exquisite sushi and sashimi, complemented by an array of appetizers, soups, and desserts, all served in a cozy yet modern atmosphere.
What sets Kikoo Sushi apart is its all-you-can-eat concept. For a reasonable flat fee—approximately $70 per person including tip—diners can enjoy a feast of fresh ingredients. Picture yourself delighting in a selection that spans from flavorful dumplings and vibrant salads to expertly crafted sushi rolls and rich miso soup. An added bonus? Sake and beer are included, rounding out the dining experience perfectly.
Customer reviews highlight the remarkable freshness of the fish, particularly the sashimi, which has consistently received praise for its quality. Reviews by patrons like Ivan and Michael Lehrman emphasize not only the taste but also the value for money and the convenience of ordering. While diners have noted some quirks in how dishes are presented (like receiving fewer rolls than ordered), they find that the portions are typically more than satisfying. The vibrant and calm atmosphere encourages guests to relax and enjoy their meals without the rush often found in busy city dining spots.
The positive feedback extends to the attentive service, with many guests, including Risa Oktavia Nalurista, lauding the personal touch that staff members provide. The focus on presentation, care, and hospitality is evident, making each visit feel special. Yanju Sarmada Rifki echoes this sentiment, sharing how watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen enhances their overall dining experience.
In addition to the delicious food, Kikoo Sushi's modern yet understated decor creates an inviting space where diners can unwind and savor their meals. Much like what reviewer Alex221 noted, the ambiance plays a crucial role, allowing guests to truly enjoy every bite.
If you're searching for a quality all-you-can-eat sushi experience in Manhattan, look no further than Kikoo Sushi. With its unbeatable combination of fantastic food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place truly represents a culinary adventure worth indulging in.
“ This is an all you can eat dinner with choices that range from soups and salads to dumplings and spring rolls to sashimi rolls and sushi to desert . Also included is sake and beer. You can keep ordering for up to two hours. The bill came to about 70 per person including tip. Everything was delicious. Sushi and sashimi were fresh and good quality. The many apps were all yummy. This is a great place and wonderful value. It also amazes me how many people complain about the 18% tip included on the bill. I mean don't most people give 20% tips these days? What city do these people live in? Do they not go out for dinner ever? It's perfectly fine for a restaurant to include a tip. Servers work hard. If a 18% tip seems excessive to you then stick to McDonalds. ”
“ We’ve been to this restaurant several times. The fish is very fresh, and the sashimi is excellent! Ordering is convenient. An 18% tip is already included in the bill. It’s cheaper to pay in cash since using a card increases the total. The rolls are delicious, and you can also order miso soup, shrimp, beef, salmon, and desserts. There’s a limit of one piece of mochi per person, and sashimi is limited to 15 pieces per person per order. One odd thing we’ve noticed: for example, you order 10 different rolls, but they bring out a tray with only 7 portions. You think they might bring the rest later, but they don’t. In the end, it’s actually fine because we’re already full, so those extra rolls wouldn’t fit. This has happened several times, and we’ve always felt satisfied with what they brought, so we don’t ask why the full order didn’t arrive. For example, in the photo, we ordered 8 rolls, but they brought out what’s on the tray - 5 portions. It was enough for us, so it was totally fine. We really enjoy it here—the atmosphere is calm and quiet, and the staff is friendly. One of the few worthwhile all-you-can-eat spots for rolls on Manhattan in terms of price and quality. ”
“ The service at Kikoo Sushi is consistently excellent. I’ve been here several times, and every visit feels personal. The attention to detail—from the way dishes are presented to the polite staff—really makes a difference. ”
“ Kikoo Sushi has an unbeatable combination of great food and a prime location. The sushi is consistently fresh, and I loved watching the chefs work their magic at the bar. Truly a great experience! ”
“ What makes Kikoo Sushi stand out is not just the food, but the entire dining experience. The interior is modern and relaxing, and the staff take great care to ensure every guest is satisfied. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the chance to savor each bite of my meal without any rush. ”
“ A refreshing dining experience in NYC! The quality of the fish was top-notch, and the creative roll combinations were exciting. I also appreciated the quiet corner seating that made it easy to enjoy a conversation over great food. ”
“ The variety at Kikoo Sushi is impressive, and the quality never falters. I particularly enjoyed the House Salad with yuzu dressing, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. It's a great place to try new flavors and classics alike. ”
“ I had the chance to try their Omakase Sashimi Deluxe, and it was a real treat. The fish was incredibly fresh and the flavors were delicate yet robust. The presentation was artistic, and the overall experience was one of the best I've had in a while. ”
